In pursuit for excellence, the Quality Control Team’s diligence and thoroughness is unmatched and is a significant pillar of the organization’s key principles.
Quality control commences at the Assay Laboratories, supervised by independent, assayers sworn and accredited by the Swiss Federal Bureau for the Control of Precious Metals. Each bar is individually controlled, registered, and secured within protective packaging that also serves as an official Assay Certificate that guarantees the fine precious metal content and weight.

Our world-class refinery, fabrication facility, and mint in Ticino, Switzerland is dedicated to the development and production of bars, ingots, coins, and other precious metals products produced from the highest quality of certified gold, silver, and Platinum Group Metals (PGM).
A testament to our high-quality standards and industry-wide reputation, MKS PAMP is one of only three refineries worldwide designated as ‘Referee’ by both the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and the London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM).
The role of Referee is not only a prestigious one, but also vital, with responsibilities that include testing of samples, the provision of reference samples, and other essential duties that support the Good Delivery system.
MKS PAMP is the world’s most accredited refiner and fabricator of precious metals. Subsequently, it is the only refinery in the world to simultaneously hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO45001, SA 8000 accreditations, and is also compliant with ISO 14021.
